What can you expect in a rhythmic workshop?
"Fun, joyful, calm, restorative, grounding, mindful, collective, invigorating, enjoyable, and cathartic" are some of the words used to describe a recent workshop in Ocean Grove.
The workshops are in-the-moment, facilitated drumming and percussion for everyone, no matter what their experience or expertise.
It is NOT a drum class, and there are no wrong beats.
Using the evidence-based ‘Rhythm2Recovery’® model and a series of rhythmic games, fun drum beats, moments of self-reflection and mindfulness, the facilitator guides the group towards a coordinated, connected, and collaborative rhythmic experience.
