My name is Selena Pirie and I am a qualified, registered Counsellor and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
I believe that you can achieve anything if YOU really WANT to.
I have been working in private practice in Ocean Grove for over 3 years and work mainly with adults of all ages.
With many years of experience in the healthcare industry as a nurse and educator of healthcare professionals, I have a keen interest in physical and mental health issues that can affect our daily lives.
I operate from a holistic perspective, which looks at a person as a whole rather than just their emotions.
It is medically recognised that the mind can affect the body, so it is important to look at all things that might be affecting your daily life, such as sleep, nutrition, exercise and work/life balance.
I choose to do counselling and hypnotherapy because I believe that we all need help, from someone we can trust, at least once in our lives.
Negative emotional states, limiting beliefs, dis-stress and difficult life events, can prevent us from realising our own resources.
I can assist you to explore these strengths so you can find your own answers and solutions.
You can achieve anything you want if you set your mind to it and self-belief is the key.
Helping you to focus on what you want and get results, is what I am passionate about.
